Mountaineering – Climbing into the Unknown.
“Each peak is a promise of pain, awe and perseverance.”
Mountaineering is the ultimate expression of human will against gravity and nature. For me, it's not just about reaching the summit, it's about understanding the mountain, respecting its moods, and learning patience and humility. It represents solitude, silence and the slow triumph of persistence over adversity.
Vision: Seeking the sublime in the struggle; every ascent is a meditation.
Mission: To embrace the challenge of high-altitude environments with humility, preparation, and respect, elevating both physical capability and inner resilience.
Goals:
- Master technical and survival skills in alpine environments.
- Promote sustainable, Leave No Trace mountaineering practices.
- Document climbs to inspire others to seek their personal summits (literal or metaphorical).
Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro offers a unique and challenging experience, including reaching the "roof of Africa" and experiencing diverse ecosystems, wildlife, and a sense of personal accomplishment, making it a sought after adventure for many. As we know, Kilimanjaro is a world renowned mountain and one of the Seven Summits, yet it's relatively accessible compared to other high peaks. And it also offers seven different routes of varying difficulty. I choosed Marangu route to accomplished my goal. Mount Kilimanjaro Expedition and Summit of Mount Kilimanjaro of 5895 meters on 28th July of 2022 (04:26 PM Tanzania Local Time). 4th Highest Peak of Seven World Summit.
- Sir Edmund Hillary School, Khumjung 3,790 m.
- Lobuche East Peak 6,119 m.(Summit)
- Annapurna Base Camp Trek 4,130 m.
- Sundar peak High Camp 5,100 m.
- Chhukung Ri 5546 m. (Summit)
- Island Peak 6165 m. (Summit)
- Gokyo Ri 5,357 m.(Summit)
- Kongma La Pass 5545 m.
- Renjo La Pass 4,800 m.

Treked 3 Himalaya Pass
Renjo La Pass: a popular trekking route for its stunning views of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest, and the chance to experience the Sherpa culture and remote landscapes of the Khumbu region.
Cho la pass: it's a challenging but rewarding high-altitude adventure, offering stunning views of the Himalayas and connecting the Gokyo Valley with the Everest Base Camp trek.
Kongma la pass: seeking a challenging and scenic route with breathtaking views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks, including Mount Everest, Lhotse, and Nuptse.
Climbed Himalayan Peak
Lobuche Peak: Climbed Lobuche Peak cause it’s a popular choice for a first Himalayan climb. It’s role as a training ground for more challenging expeditions.
Imja Tse: Imja Tse: Climbed Island Peak (Imja Tse) because it’s also be a popular choice for aspiring Himalayan climbers and an achievable yet challenging peak above 20,000 feet, offering stunning views and a great introduction to high-altitude mountaineering. It's also a training ground for me aiming for larger expeditions.
Climbed Himalayan 2 Ri
Gokyo Ri: It’s a popular trekking destination in the Everest region, offering stunning panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu, as well as the serene Gokyo Lakes. And most memorable part, I am witness the Ngozumpa Glacier, the largest glacier in Nepal, which is the heart of this trek.
Chhukung Ri: Climbed Chhukung Ri for its stunning views of the Khumbu region, including iconic peaks like Ama Dablam, Imja Tse (Island Peak) and Nuptse, as well as for the chance to acclimatize to higher altitudes before attempting Island Peak.
Trekked High Camp
Sundar Peak: Trekked Sundar Peak high camp for an excellent acclimatization, especially for crossed 3 high altitude passes that was included in plan schedule.
CAnnapurna Base Camp: This trek offers incredible views of the Annapurna massif, including the world's 10th highest mountain, Annapurna I (8,091m), and the iconic Machhapuchhre (Fishtail).
ABC trail features a mix of terrains, including narrow valleys, winding rivers, and vibrant forests, making it visually appealing.
Visited School of Himalaya
Visited Sir Edmund Hillary School to know the history of Edmund Hillary dedicated his life to helping the people of Nepal through the Himalayan Trust, which built schools, hospitals, and other essential infrastructure in remote communities, and the school's mission reflects this commitment to making a positive impact.
Hills in China
Jiguan Hill 366 m. Dongxibanlong Hill Pingdin Hill Hongshi Hill Guanyin Cave Hill Erlang Cave Hill
Jiguan is the highest hill in Jinzhou city situated at north putao side and others hill are smaller than Jiguan and also surrounding by it.
There is not much as challenging side but I thing to find a way of path connection between those hill and then trekking or climb, it makes me challenging.
Most beautiful thing is that at summer season flower is bloom and lots of birds that I don't know even are chirping there. And at winter season it's cover with snow at a top. There is an eye catching scenery from top we can see a beautiful river called 'Linghai' flows beside hill.
Trekking and climb to top all of those it such part of my training to built some level up.
May be or may be not it would be help me a lot. But mentally it makes me strong.
Guisang Hill
Just like its unique beauty, so is the beauty of the surrounding nature. However, this mountain is a great place for rock climbing. Finally managed to climb to the top of this small hill.
Cycling – Freedom on Two Wheels.
"The road unrolls beneath me like a map of infinite detours."
Cycling, whether across countries or remote gravel paths, is about freedom, movement, and witnessing the world at human speed. It connects me with cultures, terrains, and fleeting moments a journey not of miles, but of stories collected.
Vision: Use my legs to wander and my heart to guide.
Mission: To journey through the world powered by curiosity and muscle, embracing diverse landscapes, cultures, and communities.
Goals:
- Undertake long-distance rides across varied terrain and climate zones.
- Champion bike packing and adventure cycling as low - impact travel.
- Encourage inclusive and accessible cycling adventures for all skill levels.
I am doing cycling for improved health, fitness, and mental well-being, as well as for transportation, recreation, and environmental benefits. Specifically I do mountain trail & XCO cycling as well.

Running – The Rhythm of the Self.
"Every step is a dialogue between body and spirit."
Running strips everything down to the essentials. It’s raw, primal, and deeply personal. Whether on city streets or mountain trails, my runs not to escape, but to arrive within my selves. It’s where the mind quiets and instincts take over.
Vision: Run to remember who am I when everything else falls away.
Mission: To explore human endurance through minimalist movement. Running as a tool for self-discovery, healing, and connection to the environment.
Goals:
- Participate in endurance races and ultra-trails around the world.
- Develop mental strength and mindfulness through long-distance running.
- Share stories that inspire a global running community to move with intention.
It’s a significant test of endurance and resilience. I do it for achieving personal goals, improving physical and mental health, overcoming challenges, and experiencing a sense of accomplishment.

"The Brahmaputra to the Bay of Bengal A 500-Km Kayaking"
This river originates from the Kailash ranges of Himalayas at an elevation of 5300 M. After flowing through Tibet it enters India through Arunachal Pradesh and flows through Assam and Bangladesh before it joins Bay of Bengal.
The Brahmaputra is one of the longest rivers in Asia. Renowned for its vast water resources and rich cultural heritage.
Involves with kayaking cause it’s offering a unique way to explore waterways and enjoy the outdoors. In this expedition of ‘The Great Delta Swim’ I achived to complete that distance as a supporting team member.
